Hi I'm feeling like this is going to be a serious challenge for me. Sugar was never a problem for me in my daily intake but all of a sudden its a huge monster I can't seem to get under control. I'm really bummed about the sugar monster but I'm ready to get rid of it. Here goes Week 1 and right now I just want to get rid of every sugar in the house.
