Avoiding sweets is harder than I could ever imagine. I blame my hubby for a lot of it. He bought icecream and yes, I gave into it. I had one serving, so that's an accomplishment in itself. I could have eaten the whole tub.

5 days or so into this, and the cravings and munchies that were running my day have tapered off. I've been sugar free and low carb for over a year, so my Sweet Tooth Challenge is to get my taste buds and brain rewired to stop letting sweet drive my appetite.
Went out and did a 5 mile hike on a nearby trail that I'd never explored before.

I have made it through 4 days on my reduced sugar plan, I avoided the chocolate cake, I am enjoying my sugar free coffee and tea. I did splurge on two London Fog lattes with a small amount of sweetener. Picnic today I'm bringing lots of veggies to snack on in place of sweets and chips. I have yet to make it to week Two in the past but this time I'm following all the steps to help me stay on track.
