Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

I love ice cream, too but my favorite is a good vanilla and it doesn't need anything on it. We've found that we can't keep ice cream in the house or we'll go through a gallon in a couple of days so we schedule an "ice cream outing" once a week and go out for a small cone. We get to enjoy and it helps with the temptations the other days.

JISHEALTHY--great! Good for you! I find that even a written description of a treat is ticklish and difficult for me. I buy DH flavors he likes that I don't. I guess candy WAS my addiction. I've been "clean" for a couple of weeks now.

I was eating a lot of bakery products, ice cream and anything else with sugar every night. I found that the more I ate, the more I craved. In my first week back at Sparks, I am eating mostly fruit and an occasional low fat ice cream (small portions). I have not craved sugar much and hope it stays that way.
