Didn't do so well these past couple days - big chocolate chip cookie yesterday and roughly half an order of cinnastix tonight.
Well, I'll just have to try again.

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

You did Great ! Small steps and 1 at a time. I am doing better with sugar but will admit they sometimes I give in without thinking about it. I have found that if I log what I am eating, it helps keep me on track. I will also address the fact that there are so many hidden sugars in our food. It is almost impossible to avoid it. Just keep hanging in there.

I've already been trying to stop some of my sugar intake, but I think it will be helpful to have a team to be accountable to. I was able to resist getting a soda when heading out of the store, which normally I'd been doing almost all the time. I also managed to steer myself (and roommate) away from the peanut M&Ms and snickers fun packs, because we both know we'd eat more than one at a sitting!
