It's understandable after a hard day's work to want to reward yourself in some way...think WALK, at whatever pace is good for you. After a walk, then water. Both are AWESOME distractions that don't have to take a lot of time.
You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.
Mistakes are the portals of discovery.
Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.

I try to keep a 1 liter bottle of flavored sparkling water at my computer desk, on the bedside table and any other place I tend to get a craving. be sure to check the label to make sure the the flavoring is natural. This also helps you get lots of water each day and keeps you feeling full.

I am with you, Coco. Once I start eating sweets, I cannot stop. When those cravings hit, I am trying to eat a handful of raw almonds or pecans instead. It gives me something to munch on, but is way healthier than the oatmeal raisin cookie lurking in the kitchen :)
