I agree about that elf. If the food is there I have to eat it and it is worse when it tastes really good.

Fell waaay off the wagon this last two weeks. Can't blame it on the holidays, stress and stress... Now that I can barely feel a difference when I eat sugar laden stuff, it's time to go back and be good to myself again!

I have a big problem with sweets too. I start out really good and then as the day goes by I start eating sweets and can't seem to stop.
I placed positive quotes around my work area. I think about the quotes and try to focus on what is really important, my health and feeling good about myself. Good luck! It is not easy! Just take one day at a time or sometimes one hour at a time!!! emoticon

Life is short so enjoy every moment!

Yesterday was bad. I dipped into a tube of frosting and ate it with mini PB cups. Ugh. I should have worked out but I was lazy. I did manage to lose a half pound yesterday but it doesnt mean anything to me if I cant get my sweets and cravings under control.

Its like I have this theif in my head who steals all of my eat better/workout thoughts so that when it comes time to push away a craving my mind is blank and I binge. I dont like that thief. I need to lock him up and get back to mindful eating and working out. Ugh.

I want to control this but I am having such a hard time.

Does anyone else have this problem?
