Not doing too good. Sugar is everywhere! I had my Hershey nuggets yesterday, but so far, not today. However, I am now thinking about them only. I am about to eat a salad for dinner and hope I can do without chocolate. Remember, the first week we just become aware of our sugar intake. Good luck to all of us.

I don't have a lot of sugar or sugary treats around right now. When I have access, I can really go through candy and cookies. I find it is best not to have them around, and for the most part, I do alright. I find that most times, I go overboard with fruit instead. I find myself justifying it by saying that it is only fruit. And it is. However, I really don't think that eating 6 pieces of fruit in a day-and no vegetables- is healthy.

I was gone all day yesterday and then I got home and the wheels fell off. I was hungry and there was not much in the house, I wanted food now and that usually reads junk. boo I went to bed with the image of a sugar bowl in my head. Would I just eat sugar out of the sugar bowl? I think not. So why do I do essentially the same thing by eating so many sweets? I think I might bring out my sugar bowl every time I want to make food choices!
