I have cut way back on sugar .i have a treat each day . slowly . eliminate. i know to eat a cookie is really eating about 12!!!! fun candy bars end up at least 5!!! i did have a ice cream on the stick far better than 2 bowls . I found out this week when I get excited or happy . sugar cravings come . I got so excited over the voice . lastnight i had that ice cream bar

Hi there, Like you I have a crazy sweet tooth but after a few months of no loss or even a gain, I have decided to get serious about my weight loss. I have finally got my sweet tooth under control (I hope) I still allow myself something each day but have learnt to limit the amount.

Hi there. I have been on a weight loss program for 5 months now and not had a lot of luck b/c I let my cravings get in the way too much. This week, today... I have decided enough is enough and I want to get serious about it. And I signed up for this challenge and Spark bc I know a forum for me will keep me motivated and encouraged. So excited to do this along side all of you. Thanks for the back up :-)
I am cutting out all sugar starting today. Period. None. I know the holidays are coming up, and it's going to be hard but I am not going to start doubting myself and the fact that I can do this. I am tired of making excuses and I want to lose weight for myself to be healthy and feel good about how I look. So, together we can do this right?
