Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

Finding out what causes you to overindulge is key to conquering the problem... I tend to go to sweets when I am procrastinating doing something. If I don't want to tackle a project, for instance. Realizing that has helped a lot.
That is my problem too. I have just started learning that when I get bored or find myself staring in the fridge I have to find something that takes my interest. I like to grab a good book, or if my family is with me I suggest playing a fun board game. This usually takes my attention away. Keep working hard to tame that sweet tooth!!!
New to this group. I definitely have a sweet tooth. Would rather eat something sweet than a meal. I think my biggest problem is I tend to crave something sweet when I am tired or bored. Doesn't have anything to do with if I am hungry or not. Hope this will help me get this sweet tooth back under control.
