Be positive. I'm sure something worked even it was everything you planned for the day. It happens. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and let it go. Keep moving in the direction you want to go. emoticon emoticon

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

I am smiling now at the thought of Robin eating a chocolate cupcake. emoticon This has been a better day so far for me, not really anytime to cheat. It's so hard because I just love sweets.

Yesterday while I was at work I wanted something sweet so badly and it made me feel awful. When I got home the cravings still did not stop, finally i gave in and had a mini sized chocolate cupcake - it was sooooooooooo good. I did not give into the guilty feelings that usually come with eating sweets because i realize that I am human and as long I keep trying to do thing right things everything will fall into place. But this is not an easy task!!!

For me to, " Tame my sweet tooth" or anyother taste temptations I don't buy foods that I can't control. I recently discovered Watermelon which has 45 cakories in a cup. I never really liked it until now.It is refreshing and non-fattening when eaten in reasonable proportions.

Don't beat yourself down.The failure is when you stay down. Just start over the next day. I too failed today . I had ice cream and potatoes chip. A lot of standing in the freezer.
