Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

We all make bad choices for one reason or another. Just remember to write down everything you ate, I had peanut brittle, then watch the rest of the day to make sure you try to eat some vegetables (low in calories, high in nutrients) to help counter the sweet.
You can do this! I've lost 18 pounds in 6 months. Not very good, but I just keep working on trying to improve my eating habits. It does get easier.
