Coach Nancy hit it on the head, choose to make any opportunity a time to make healthy choices...and baby steps do count. It's amazing how building on and staying consistent with the small steps really adds up and gives us the confidence to take yet another step. emoticon emoticon

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

We all make bad choices for one reason or another. Just remember to write down everything you ate, I had peanut brittle, then watch the rest of the day to make sure you try to eat some vegetables (low in calories, high in nutrients) to help counter the sweet.

You can do this! I've lost 18 pounds in 6 months. Not very good, but I just keep working on trying to improve my eating habits. It does get easier.

Remember every minute of every day allows us to make a healthy choice regardless of what happened do not have to wait until tomorrow to make a healthy can begin right at this very moment.

I am always on that "tomorrow I will eat healthier" kick. Well tomorrow never came and I just gain. I have to start today. emoticon
