Hey guys! Joined the challenge today. I'm thinking I need to get not so embarassed, ashamed, and awkward-feeling about being healthy. I'm starting to understand, just from navigating sparkpeople, that I'm doing things pretty well in life just by starting to take part in this. So, in addition to the ridiculous self-conscious issues I have with being seen working out, or measuring food, or trying to fit into my clothes
I'm tryin to break out of the silliness I feel when I talk about my issues - especially health/weight/self-esteem issues.
So thanks everybody for being here, we'll see how this challenge goes.....
Started sparkpeople and eating better / exercising regularly just a week ago, but so far I'm feeling pretty good!
