This thread realy caught my eye because after my first week of tracking I realized that I have cravings every two hours at the same time everyday. I havent quite figured out how to rid myself of them but simply being aware has helped in a major way.

Are you eating fruits and vegetables? If I eat all the food groups in moderation (5 f+v) and track the food, I do not have the cravings as much.
Keep busy and out of the kitchen and make sure to eat the healthy food choices. Don't buy the sugary products or salty products. All the best to you. We are all having trouble with this sugar challenge I know.

Hi All, So I paid more attention to when the Sugar Monster in me got active yesterday and it really is about every two hours during the day. I found that if I didn't eat that 'right thing' at that time the Sugar Monster took over and 'made' me eat whatever sweet I could locate. Now that I am on to it I will determine ahead of time what my next mini-meal will be in the next 2 or so hours. At nighttime I find myself needing a light snack to keep from feeling hungry. My blood sugar usually runs a little low so I will really keep an eye on this eye-opener.... Happy Tracking!
