My husband has a terrible Ben & Jerry's (B&J) habit! Here we both are dieting and doing well during Lent. We gave up eating meat and B&J. Now that Easter is over he is back into buying it. We are ridiculous lying in bed eating a pint of B&J. Ugh! Now we have fresh strawberries so he bought Blue Bell vanilla (my favorite!!). He was going to get a pint but could only get the half gallon. I ate it once but then went back into kitchen and got more! Also we ate out twice yesterday. The second time at Cheesecake Factory and of course we shared a piece of cake. Oh well, I can't dwell on it. I got up this morning and did the trampoline!! I promise to do more this evening and skip the ice cream. Check in tomorrow to let you know my success!! Thanks for the support!!

Melanie, I know how you feel. I had lost 25 lbs since August & am finding that sugar & carbs are sending the scale right back up.

I know we can do this.

I've managed to put on 12 pounds since the end of January mostly because of sweets and lack of motion. It's time to get back into shape now and cut out the sugar
