Like you, I've been a SP member for 2 years now. I was diligent about recording my foods for the first year and started to slack off a bit during the 2nd year. A few pounds have crept on me a bit, so I am taking it all a whole lot more seriously now (again.) Joining this challenge is a must have for me. Having a sweet tooth is my biggest problem. I've noted in this first week of the challenge that even when I stay on track with my calories, my choices are frequently something sweet.....like the sweet fiber bar....or the sweet protein bar. Those are all good things. But, they are sweet, practically like a candy bar. SO, we shall see what week 2 tells us to do about our sweet habits........hope I'm up for it......!!
