Like you, I've been a SP member for 2 years now. I was diligent about recording my foods for the first year and started to slack off a bit during the 2nd year. A few pounds have crept on me a bit, so I am taking it all a whole lot more seriously now (again.) Joining this challenge is a must have for me. Having a sweet tooth is my biggest problem. I've noted in this first week of the challenge that even when I stay on track with my calories, my choices are frequently something sweet.....like the sweet fiber bar....or the sweet protein bar. Those are all good things. But, they are sweet, practically like a candy bar. SO, we shall see what week 2 tells us to do about our sweet habits........hope I'm up for it......!!

I'm also a returning member and understand the sadness that comes from realizing you haven't been sticking to sp. Good look, I'm sure you can do it! Also good luck on the sugar and carbs... I just started this team and so far I have not done good at all! Beware of the EASTER BUNNY!!! He's hidden in every isle in every store!

back to SP and to the challenge. We all have our issues with staying on track ALL the time but focus on the positive that you came back and are ready to pick up your bags and continue the journey to better health.

Hi everyone! I've been a SparkPeople member for about 2 years now. For over a year, I was diligent in following all of the advice & using all the resources & tools on SparkPeople. At my lowest weight, I had lost 20 pounds & was incredibly happy with the results. For the past year or so, I have continued to use SparkPeople, but have slacked off somewhat on my exercise & diet. I've gained back 10 pounds that I lost. I'm trying to get back into my exercise regime & to improve my diet. I think my biggest downfall is sugar & carbs. I'm hoping joining this team will help me get back on track!
