This past week has been a huge learning experience. Of course, I've had triumphs and failures but I know that is going to happen. I am making a list of all the helpful tips and ideas everyone has posted so that I can be prepared for this upcoming week. I now know that nighttime is my biggest obstacle. For so e reason that is when I crave sweets the most and I had a real tough time this week trying to overcome them. A huge accomplishment for me though was getting the sugar in my coffe down from 4 tsp to 1 tsp. I hope to bring that down to 0 in the next week as well. Thanks everyone for your helpful ideas and motivation, you really make this whole process a lot more enjoyable than it is when you are on your own :)
