Thank you for the healthy tips! I am finding that nighttime is hardest for me and I am in a constant battle of wills! I will make sure I have some of these snacks prepared today so I am ready when temptation strikes :)

Hydrate often - Drink a large glass of water, a cup of hot herbal tea, hot coffee, or a chilled glass of pain fizzy water( club soda or seltzer) instead of reaching for sweets. Make sure there is no sugar added, but a tiny bit of stevia or slim sweets. Or a cup of hot broth.
Go nuts - A small handful of mixed nuts ( with out dried fruit) good snack. The protein in nuts will perk up your brain instead of triggering a crash the way a candy bar does. They also have healthy fats. go easy because they have a lot of calories.
Choose cheese Choose artisian cheeses the size of your pinky
Eat protein - with drawing form sugar can make you feel tired and unfocused or even headachy;. Having a little bit of protein will stabilize your blood sugar in a healthy way. Have a hard boiled egg, some chicken or tuna.
