Summer is upon us and I don't know about you but I am NOT skinny. This month let's focus on adding to our exercise.
1. 5 minutes per week that's right add 5 minutes per week to whatever work out it is you're doing if you're doing nothing start with 5 minutes by the end of the month you'll be at 20 minutes of exercise.
2. Additional challenge.... Add an extra fruit or vegetable to your daily intake. It doesn't matter if you add it to your breakfast your lunch or dinner but add one. in this hot weather adding a nice piece of cool fruit or fresh vegetable will taste extra good.
Your Body Counts everything you put in your mouth, whether it tastes good or bad, whether its healthy or not, Large or Small and whether you really like it or not.
