I am familiar with the meal planner, just have never used it. I may try it in the future when I get stuck on what to eat though.
I usually prefer to exercise by myself because I can go at my own pace. If I am working off a DVD or Exercise tape and need to stop for whatever reason, I stop the tape so I could do the whole thing instead of missing out of any of it. Whereas if I was workout out with someone else, I couldn't stop the tape. And if I was doing ST, I can work at a quick pace to get a cardio workout as well.

Me, too with the workouts. Been in lots of pain. Joined a gym, but can't do much. Going to try the pool there. They only have water aerobics, though. I need to look up water exercises for arthritis.
