My goal for the rest of the year it to reach my target weight, would like to to this by July 4th. Than be able to maintain that weight for a few months. After which I would like to lose another 10 pounds. Looking forward to many walks this summer/fall to keep that cardio going.

Fresh mint tea! No-one else drinks coffee or even herb teas so I rarely get the chance to round a meal off with one when we go out to eat.

I plan my meals in advance and make sure I have the foods I love, I do not exclude anything except no never fast foods ....if I want fries I make my own at home same with most foods, I eat at home 95% of the time

When choosing a workout I think about, my Son, who needs to exercise, I want him to go with me, I think about the two dogs and how they love to be outside. I usually go with one or two dogs but, I just want to be outside and not pay a gym to exercise.

Next question: I try to not eat rice and flour too much..in moderation, then put what I ate
in the food tracker so I know what I ate, to know the calories.

Some foods, such as sweets and potatoe chips, I try to ban but am not always successful. The problem trying to eat them in moderation is once I start them I crave them so bad that I can't stop.

I do not deprive myself of anything, and often do not plan for it in my menu, but if it happens to be there, I eat it and move forward without beating myself up. My biggest downfall is bread and ice cream, so I eat one slice of bread instead of two. I eat ice cream in a cone since you really get more enjoyment out of it, and you eat far less than if you put it in a bowl.

I am not a big sweet eater and most of the foods I enjoy are low carb and fit well in my eating plan. My downfall is bread but since I don't like how I feel emoticon afterwards I am not feeling deprived at all. emoticon
