I just started using the SparkPeople 20 minute resistance band strength training workout. Wow, I've never really done strength training before, and definitely could feel it! I think it's a good way to dip my feet in the water before I start using machines and the like.... It can be found here: www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness

Found this on Pinterest and have already tried it for my "light" exercise days! It's perfect for me because I can still watch tv while I do it;)
