I am working on getting rid of sugar in my diet. But until then, there is a recipe in my Biggest Loser cook book that gets me thru. It's basically an Ice cream sandwich that uses gram crackers (low fat chocolate), low fat whipped cream (frozen), and peanut butter (low fat). It tastes just like a sandwhich after it's been frozen and get's me thru when I really feel like I need it. I'll find the recipe and post it here for people to try. I'm trying not to do it all the time, but on those days, I really just can't help it, it saves the day!
