As I have posted I began a 10 minute daily challenge. I don't consider my walking to be part of that because I walk a lot, but most of it is regular movement. The fitbit records everything and it definitely ups my numbers.

The 10 minutes are done on my elliptical and I need to start incorporating ST in to my daily activity.

So far today I went for a 35 minute walk around my neighborhood.

Platinum! 90 minutes: C25K run at the lake (Week 4, Day 3), followed by a long walk around the rest of the lake--5.1 miles total.

No Exercise - Aluminum
