As I have posted I began a 10 minute daily challenge. I don't consider my walking to be part of that because I walk a lot, but most of it is regular movement. The fitbit records everything and it definitely ups my numbers.
The 10 minutes are done on my elliptical and I need to start incorporating ST in to my daily activity.
