Congratulations Roz! That catfish sounds good. I might cook my little pieces of Tilapia on my grill today. Plus I'm doing a veggie stir fry w/a bit of whole wheat pasta thrown in it.

And what a difference cutting out 1oz will do over time! Great lesson learned Deb!!!

I too am thinking of more fruits & veggies. I just came back from a run to the market & on my list :fruit or veggie snacks". I left the store with a stalk of celery & 2 bags of mini carrots!

I'm really focusing on eating more fruits and vegeatables #`. Also getting the water in has always been a problem but it's getting better. Portion control is another area I'm working on. I've learned that I've been eating too much protein. 4oz intead of 3oz for one. Thanks for motivating us for success.

So how's everyone doing?!

You know sometimes I try to take on too much! Of course I have the best intentions in mind, but a lot of times it gets the best of me.
One of the great things that my SP friends do for me is to remind me to take it ONE STEP AT A TIME!!!!

So for the month of March we will take one day at a time to be healthier!
