Okay so I hope everyone met and maintained their weight loss! And that you enjoyed doing your FitTV workouts! THE FALL CHALLENGE IS OVER!!!

So as for me, well I met my weight goal, but I wan't able to maintain it. But the good in it all is that now I have another chance to look and work at my life and fitness goals.

Again, CONGRATS to all you started and finished the challenge, no matter what your results! emoticon

"Bless the LORD, O my soul, & forget none of His benefits;
Who pardons all your iniquities;
Who heals all your diseases;
Who redeems your life from the pit;
Who crowns you with loving kindness and compassion;
Who satisfies your years with good things,
So that your youth is renewed like the eagle." Psalm 103:2-5

Not doing so well with the workouts...I think about doing it. I might even tivo a show or two. But when it comes to actually getting up and doing it, I've been slacking! I really need to Shimmy ya'll!

I also have about 3 pounds to lose and keep before the challenge ends.

I'm determined to do it though.

Well, I hope everyone is well! I don't know if we should do such a long challenge next time. Maybe we'll go back to the shorter ones after Thanksgiving.

My thoughts are that I will not look at the scale until the last day of our challenge. I still have a few more pounds to go until I maintain my eweight goal, but I believe that it will happen!

I'm sure that others are still trying to meet their goals and that our NEWEST MEMBERS have joined up and will be able to do well too!

So stay tooned and if you have ideas for any upcoming challenges let me know!

I was thinking something along the lines of a getting FIT before we FINISH out the year or something like that. Maybe something that revolves around a GIFT! Unless you are an Athiest, the 3 Winter Holidays that I can think of give gifts, so... maybe we can give ourlives one for doing something grand inline with being FIT!

When you all helped me celebrate my birthday by giving yourselves something, many members participated on the boards, and I want to go out with a BANG!!!

So any ideas for the last month of the year challenge, let us know!

Setting obtainable goals is a great thing!

I hope that our new members join us.

Well, I have dropped 3.5 lbs. since we began this challenge. I've been trying to get at least 2 FitTV workouts. I started another challenge on top of this one (yeah, I love the pain LOL) and I continue to do my spinning, so my calorie burn has been off the charts.

My personal challenge is defeating the Snack Monster between 3pm-6pm. For some reason, I go on a snack binge. Luckily I try to not keep a lot of junk food around, but when it's all said and done, I'm raiding the pantry for ANYTHING to tie me over until dinner.

Chips, pretzels, nuts,...

Anyway, knowing the monster exists is half the battle, right.

So my challenge is coming along.

So everyone knows I've been gaining weight...boy these meds are something else (& my eating habits have been up & down lately too)!

But I'm down about 3 pounds from last Sunday (which was the day that I hit an all time high).

This week I did more exercise than eever! Well, not really, just in a long time! emoticon

I kind of over did it a bit, & my body is definately letting me know!

Okay, so I look forward to the week 4!!!! emoticon And I hope you all are excited for yourselves as well!

Well, my weight is still 156 with that 1 lb. loss. I've been sticking to a regular Shimmy routine mixed in with squats, push ups, crunches, and jumping jacks during the commercial breaks. I finally did an all-star workout last Friday. It was hip hop which I love to do. I taped the all-star belly dance workout yesterday. Hopefully I'll get to that soon.

This week I did 5 episodes of Shimmy. As far as my weight is concerned, I'm still weighing in at 157. Hopefully I'll drop something soon.

Due to a great comment by one of our members THANKS K_____T!
I decided to change the amount of pounds that we will try to lose & MAINTAIN through this Fall season!!!

It's 7 hooray!!! Just like the date that we're starting on, the 7th, and the number of days in a week that we can try to get healthier!

Trust me when I say, this will be a challenge for me and others. For some you may do more and that's great too! So come on over and leave a message on the boards about how the challenge is going for you!
