emoticon I just completed 23 min. Morning Sequence with Kathe Holcomb for beginners. More advanced yogis will find this video to be somewhat boring. It moved at a perfect speed for me. I move you through some of the stances that is in your practice.

This is a 21 day yoga challenge from Yoga Journal. It started in the early part of November so I don't know if anyone is interested. The thing is that I keep them on my computer and pull them up whenever I want.

I commit to 3 to 15 minutes of bed yoga. I do lots of yoga stretches before I even get out of bed. It's amazing how much better I feel. emoticon

I also do "sink" yoga. I stand at the sink and do a modified sun salutation I found on Youtube while the microwave or George Forman grill cooks for me. emoticon emoticon
