Well, I am 100% on #2, I have not started # 1. I forgot to work on that???

I am maintaining my weight, I probably need to journal my eating.

Totally slipping this month so much stuff on my plate... 285 pds. and very little food tracked thus far. I have been sleeping more and getting some exercise in that is good.

Lets walk and workout this month !

To win at this Challenge you need:

1) Workout with weights for 5 minutes or more 3 times a week.

2) Walk 4 times a week 4500 steps or more.

Example check in if all completed:

1) Completed 100%
2) completed 100%

Of course the % goes down of your unable to finish all or part of the challenge.
Round your percentages example 33.33 = 33%
The winner will be posted after I tally all scores from week 1 to 4 at the end of the challenge
