Yeah I think half the battle is finding what will keep you on track with eating, with excercise. with stress relief, etc. I am constantly trying new things, but recently I joined 24 Hour Fitness, and just love it. The trainers always try to give me these extra hard workouts, but I just do the ones I know work and that I enjoy doing....because I know I won't stick with it if I dread it. It also helps me stay on track with food, because I think about how I'm going to have to face the mirros and others after eating poorly. Though I do allow myself a splurge meals once or twice a week. Usually when I crave soemthing I just remind myself that if i'm still craving it that weekend then it can be my splurge meal (and that really helps me resist my temporary cravings)...but not sure how having a splurge meal works with this Somersizing plan. I guess it remains to be seen. If it doesn't work, then I may go back to incoporating the Marilu Henner program (because I lost a LOT of weight with that and kept it of for years). But I feel lke the Somersizing makes a lot of sense, so I'd like to give it a full try first and just try to listen to my body as to what works and what doesn't. It's the grand experiment!
I'll try to post some other motivational tips when i have some free time. I keep a Word DOC file with my favs. =)

I love it. Will keep that thought with me through out the day. I'm reading The Spark right now and underlying motivational thoughts myself. Things I'd like to put in my status and such to keep me going.
