With the March challenge starting this week I am going to make this weeks challenge help that one along. This week our focus is going to be liquid. How much healthy liquid do you consume. I only word it this way because I happen to drink regular brewed non sweeten tea. It is how I get water in. I know other people that use Mio in their water. Good luck everyone.
