I use the Android App from SparkPeople and found out there is an exercise entry for gardening! I am a gardening fanatic and have found my ten minutes a day...plus! This will get me through the entire summer with ease...I have also walked that 20 minute mile everyday. I can not find a place to enter gardening exercise on this web site, though. I'll keep looking around.
Does walking the dog count? I have a spare room with some old exercise equipment that I avoid like the plague. My goal tomorrow is to get some workout clothes on when I wake up and go in there even if it's just to stretch...

Let's face it - we are all busy. We see those people who jog past, go to the gym 2 hours a day, or even turn down social events to go 'workout'... and it is hard to picture us being one of them. Well, the nice thing about starting out at Spark is that YOU DON'T START out that way. That is a sure fire way to burn yourself out. But in that case then, how DO WE START?
Well, with 10 little tiny minutes of Fitness a day. Can you get your heart pumping for 10 minutes a day? If this is a difficult challenge for you, then take advantage of this forum - post daily whether you were able to get your 10 minutes in or not.
