I find that the nutrition tracker on here makes me accountable for what I eat. It helps me not be as lazy with what I'm eating. Maybe having a food journal with you will help you "watch" what you're eating. I have a hard time avoiding sweets. There's so much fat in things like cookies and cupcakes and yet I continue to eat them. :( I also have a hard time eating enough protein w/o going over my fat content for the day on here.
Maybe just creating a food journal will help with the eating.
And congrats on motivating yourself to try the stairs out. I know with the previous knee injury it's a scary proposition.
