That is awesome, There is many a times where I have though about going to an exercise class late or leaving early, and I know that noone care what i do, but at the same time the only person I am hurting by doing it is myself. I am cheating myself of exercise. And although sometimes it is needed I try hard to focus on do as much as I can. Weather it be 10 minutes because I am sleep deprived or 3 hours because it is a great day! You can do it Just remember to think about how you will feel later. :)

I have cut threw the grass all my life!!! Now i am working really ard to stay on the path. Or like today i made my own lol.

Be good humans
Always stay on the path when if it is much easyer to cut through the grass

That is an awesome thought! Way to go!

I am participating in a boot camp and they start it off every time with 3 laps around the gym. Usually I cut the corners pretty big - last night I did my best to not cut corners....I am only cheating myself by cutting those corners! LOL

I was walking with my dogs today along a path through the park, at one point the path twisted around to one side to connect to another, while we were walking it struck me. I could just cut across the grass instead of following when the path twisted off. But then i though i am out to get my mile done and my steps and it hit me

Always stay on the path, even if it is much eadyer to cross the grass.

I followed the path and got a quater of a mile more and after i was done i was glad i stayed on the right path.
