You will definitely get back into it. Just remember to take it one day at a time and shoot for 10 minutes if after 10 minutes at the gym you are not feeling it call it a win for going and try again tomorrow if you are into it keep going. You can do it. baby steps will get you back on track.

I was doing really well and had even lost 15 pounds, then my car broke down and couldn't get to the gym or grocery shop really well. So now I have a new car and going back to the gym TODAY! It is harder starting over than I thought. I had gotten the hang of it before and seemed to be little or no effort. Today is a hard day. Will go to the gym and weigh myself, hopefully I didn't do too much damage and will update my ticker tonight.
