food: look for foods lower in sodium, shoot for something to eat every 3 hours, and try to figure out my calorie zone
Strength: write a couple new programs that will allow me to mix up my workouts a little more and hopefully involve full body instead of just arms.
Cardio: write some new playlists and focus on adding more verity.
