1. Warm up. Imangine you are late for work and quickly walking back and forth from room to room to get ready. That is your warm up speed.
2. LEVAL 5. At this leval you are walking briskly enough to sweat a lillte bit, but slowly enough so that you can chat in short sentences.
3. LEVEL 7. You are sweating, but not profusely. If you were to answer a question, you would be albe to speak in broken sentences.
4. LEVEL 10. The bus you need to take is three blocks away and you about to drive away. You are walking as fast as you can. You are too short of breath to talk.
THESE ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW
