I would love to join you buy I am not sure I am quite ready yet. It is more emotionally rather than physically, I think. I am fairly new to primal eating (about 4 weeks) and have cut out breads/wheat/grains/processed foods/starches/unhealthy sugars, etc. I just am not ready to cut out honey and maple syrup yet.
It would be great to understand the process through which you will be doing this. Any recipes to share? I have been kind of winging it as I have been going along, but I think it is time to get serious and really learn what I am doing.
I have gotten involved with some friends who have a CSA business and had my first foraged greens last night for supper. I decided I could never go back to boring lettuces or processed foods ever again. Just eating the food made me feel better.
I would like to support you in your endeavors, but not quite ready to go without sweets yet. Where do you find the information for these different levels? Good luck with this and hopefully you will find a spark friend who can take this journey with you. Take care. Julia
