This book is really comprehensive. It has dietary and lifestyle guidance, and 30 day meal plans for all kinds of different situations: auto-immune, diabetes, weight loss, etc. It also has a lot of really great recipes.
When people would ask me for a good book to start with to learn more about the paleo diet, I never knew quite what to tell them because I had to read a lot of different books to get all the information I was looking for. I usually ending up directing them to The Primal Blueprint--even though that book is primal, not paleo. However, now there is one book I can point to as the perfect starting point: Practical Paleo.
