I took a quick look around, and can't see whether or not nuts are included on the Whole 30 plan.
Other than that, I'm following it every day apart from a splash of milk in my coffee when I'm at work. At home, I use coconut milk. Just can't quite get into the black coffee yet, but I am drinking more herbal teas.
My stomach has told me that no grains or dairy are acceptable (apart from the small amount of milk). I never did have a really sweet tooth and now even less so. No more alcohol either.
Last night, after a very long day at work I opened a can of vegetable soup for dinner. It tasted sweet, as if it had added sugar (which it probably did). My palate is so used to home made food now but I was just too tired to care when I got home last night. Gradually, the pantry is being emptied of the less desirable foods.
It's a pretty spartan way to live, but I feel better for it.
