Hello, well I really do not like to look in the mirror, not at all. Blessings, Diana
Baby steps, one at a time, and you will achieve your goals. Never, Never give up.
Don't look into the mirror to much, but now that my double chins are gone. I do look once in a while.
Only when I'm at or under my goal weight. Unless, like Rick, I can say that it motivates me because I don't like looking into it much.
I think what motivates me more, although I try to avoid it, is pictures of me. In an effort to use positive motivators though, I am planning to put a pic of me at my goal weight on a special bulletin board in my "sanctuary", so that I am reminded how good it felt at that weight.
However, I must say that there are days when I don't care about my weight and just focus on my health. That's unfortunate, since I don't tend to eat properly when I'm going through a tough time. I've gotten better at it though, in terms of healthier food choices.

This week Yes!. I think I can see where I am missing some inches. I am trying to wait 8-10 weeks to measure though.....
Somewhat, though the wrinkles and gray hairs look worse to me than the "plumpness" lol. My health is my main concern actually.
Is your mirror motivating to you?
I guess for me in a way it is. I hate to look at myself in the mirror, and i hope to one day like what I see,
You have come to far to be controlled by a cookie!
Life is God's gift to you. What you chose to do with your life is your gift to God.
