Only when I'm at or under my goal weight. Unless, like Rick, I can say that it motivates me because I don't like looking into it much.
I think what motivates me more, although I try to avoid it, is pictures of me. In an effort to use positive motivators though, I am planning to put a pic of me at my goal weight on a special bulletin board in my "sanctuary", so that I am reminded how good it felt at that weight.
However, I must say that there are days when I don't care about my weight and just focus on my health. That's unfortunate, since I don't tend to eat properly when I'm going through a tough time. I've gotten better at it though, in terms of healthier food choices.
