Hey ladies copy and paste the following into a reply message to keep track of your weight throughout your pregnancy start with your pre pregnancy weight and then just post the next week that you weighed in after you found out you were pregnant. It is actually recomended to weigh yourself once a week while pregnant in theory keeping you more aware of your weight gain will help you keep it under control. If you had a weigh in under the old thread please just copy and repaste it here.
