Since I'm a Professional Organizer, you would think my kitchen would be completely organized. BUT - we just moved and I don't have everything ready (contact paper, shelving, etc.) ready to get it where it belongs. However, I have been pretty good with making our lunches and keeping the pantry stocked with healthy snacks. My routine is the only issue here - making the time at night to make lunches, boil eggs, etc.
My tools: I have a scale, containers & I know how to look at my labels for calorie counting.
Refrigerator/Pantry: Tonight I am going to purge anything that is unhealthy in there & clean
Temptations: The worst thing was all of the Christmas candy / chocolate, but my husband hid what is left, so I feel like there is nothing in there to tempt me!!!
Organization: Yes, my kitchen is organized to a degree.
Time in Kitchen: I love being in there when I have a PLAN & when I have all the foods to prepare weekly menus.
With all of that being said, I promise to do some organizing tonight and prepare my snacks & lunches for the rest of our week.
