Reached my goal of 15 miles, but didn't reach my daily goal on Friday of 5 miles.

Ok, I'm in on this. I hardly walk anymore, so I'm going to cut this down by a mile per day, but I've got to think I can find an extra hour to walk for three days.

Let's burn those holiday calories away. Challenge yourself to go a little beyond your usual workout to burn away those extra calories.

I usually do a little over 4 miles a day, so I will challenge myself to do 5 miles a day.
