They use the term "freggies" in the public school system in Nebraska. The kids coined the phrase and it really caught on. They are also looking into the idea of a salad bar in all the public schools here. They did that in Wisconsin over 20 years ago. It's about time Nebraska caught up. LOL

*****This challenge does not start until February 24.*****

We all know it's important for us to drink water, eat healthy, and exercise. Here's a challenge that involves all these important aspects. Here's how the challenge works:

1) You get 10 point for every glass of water you drink.
2) You get 15 points for every fruit/vegetable. (There are some excellent low carb choices.)
3) Your get 1 point for every minute of exercise.

**If you try a new fruit/vegetable you get an additional 10 points**
**If you try a new exercise you get an additional 25 points total.**


To make it easier for you I created the template below.Just cut and paste it.
