Same here! Mostly water, occasional 60 cal almond milk, and some days hot tea too--that will change to iced here once it gets warm and stays that way tho!

I must say what I drink 99% of the time is water. I will use 60 calorie Almond Milk to make shakes maybe once a week. The only other think I drink is unsweetened tea. I am glad that I don't have to break a bad habit that includes drinks.

Do you give much thought to what the points value of your drink is? For me, I am really stingy with using my points for a beverage--I want to eat my points, so it's only on a rare occasion that I drink anything with a point value. I have an occasional glass of wine, and instead of milk, I have swapped it out for plain, unsweetened almond milk. I like it, and I love that it actually has more calcium (a lot more) than dairy milk. 1 point for one cup as opposed to 2 for skim milk. But it's all about your choice--where are you willing to make sacrifices? Maybe you don't mind the points in your drink, and that's fine, as long as you are counting it and tracking it. I--personally like to save the points for the FOOD! :)
