I have done well with eating breakfast this week. I just need to do some sort of 30 minute exercise before I go to bed tonight. I have done really well, with the exception of yesterday, we went to the movies and I could not get past the popcorn. But I did not go over my points. I will have to plan better next time. Still trying to get all my points in. I know the reason I have gained weight, I really dont eat a lot of food, and I can at times get hooked on sweets. But I have done great for the last few weeks Ih have not eaten any, just fresh fruits. Not giving up still pushing forward.

Ok--breakfast I do--without fail and without a problem, but exercising in the morning before work has always been a challenge. With the weather getting nicer though, maybe I could make it a priority to at least get a nice walk in around the neighborhood. I do like that, and I have had a routine of it in the past--just fell off the wagon with it, and discovered that I like after work exercise a lot for unwinding.
