To remain on the island you either have to lose any amount of weight this week or exercise for at least 150 minutes this week. What ever exercise you do counts towards this challenge.
This week weigh in on your usual day and post if you've lost and/or exercised for at least 150 minutes. You don't have to post your weight or how much you lost. You can just post "yes" to let us know you met the challenge.
