I was away last week I didnt exactly time my exercises but on 3 days I walked for over an hour. I admit the scale showed an increase in weight on Friday when I returned! I thought that's me set adrift off the island, but over the weekend the temporary gain left me . I am as I was last week today , phew!
I am coughing for England at the moment so not sure what exercise I can do this week , but I am back on my own eating plan. I didn't like hotel food.
So I hope I can still walk on the beach as the sun goes down on our island?
