I was away last week I didnt exactly time my exercises but on 3 days I walked for over an hour. I admit the scale showed an increase in weight on Friday when I returned! I thought that's me set adrift off the island, but over the weekend the temporary gain left me . I am as I was last week today , phew! I am coughing for England at the moment so not sure what exercise I can do this week , but I am back on my own eating plan. I didn't like hotel food. So I hope I can still walk on the beach as the sun goes down on our island?
To remain on the island you either have to lose any amount of weight this week or exercise for at least 150 minutes this week. What ever exercise you do counts towards this challenge.
