lucky me I get another week on the island lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks and hitting the gym at least 45 minutes a day some days longer. had a wake up call with a doctors visit not pleased that my BP was not coming down and has increased my medication and so i hope i can stay on the island and get healthy . see my island mates next week 2/10 15 minutes 2/11 15 2/12 35 2/13 starting my new steak 70 min gym 2/13 45 min home mini works 2/14 130 minutes today 2/15 2/16 2/17

To remain on the island you either have to lose any amount of weight this week or exercise for at least 150 minutes this week. What ever exercise you do counts towards this challenge.
