I will book a gym session on the island today as the scales don't show any reduction. Yet my face looks thinner to me?
Are there sharks in the water or us it safe to swim?.

Looks like the population on the island is doing great thankful that we have a gym on the island because the emoticon is being mean but I have a plan don't let it control me like it has have a great week every one and see you all soon

To remain on the island you either have to lose any amount of weight this week or exercise for at least 150 minutes this week. What ever exercise you do counts towards this challenge.
