Another week on the Island for me this week weight the same Exercise minutes let me keep my cabin on the Island have great week and lets hope the Island pop stays populated with healthy Sparkers emoticon

To remain on the island you either have to lose any amount of weight this week or exercise for at least 150 minutes this week. What ever exercise you do counts towards this challenge.

This week weigh in on your usual day and post if you've lost and/or exercised for at least 150 minutes. You don't have to post your weight or how much you lost. You can just post "yes" to let us know you met the challenge.

I weigh in on Saturdays, so I will post on the 2nd.
